Huge shout out to these guys this morning! Our furnace stopped working last night, I called at 5:30am and my call was answered immediately - by 8am there was someone at my house to address the issue and by 10:30 it was fixed! On a -30 deg day you never want to wake up to the house temp being 14 deg - yikes! Thanks again Titanium for your services, much appreciated!
